　　他是长远活着，替他们祈求（来7：25）。　　　谁能定他们的罪呢？有基督耶稣已经死了，也替我们祈求（罗8：34）。基督并不是进了人手所造的圣所（这不过是真圣所的影像），乃是进了天堂，如今为我们显在　神面前（来9：24）。　　　若有人犯罪，在父那里我们有一位中保，就是那义者耶稣基督（约壹2：l）。只有一位　神，在　神和人中间，只有一位中保，乃是降世为人的基督耶稣（提前2：5）。　　　我们既然有一位已经升入高天尊荣的大祭司，就是　神的儿子耶稣，便当持定所承认的道。因我们的大祭司并非不能体恤我们的软弱，他也曾凡事受过试探，与我们一样，只是他没有犯罪。所以我们只管坦然无惧地来到施恩的宝座前，为要得怜恤，蒙恩惠，作随时的帮助（来4：14…16）。　我们藉着他被一个圣灵所感，得以进到父面前（弗2：18）。　　He　ever　liveth　to　make　intercession。　　　　　　　　　　　Who　is　he　that　condemneth？　it　is　Christ　that　died　。。。　who　also　maketh　inter…cession　for　us。　—　Christ　is　not　entered　into　the　holy　places　made　with　hands；　which　are　the　figures　of　the　true；　but　into　heaven　itself；　now　to　appear　in　the　presence　of　God　for　us。
