　　我们日用的饮食，今日赐给我们（太6：11）。　　　我从前年幼；现在年老，却未见过义人被弃，也未见过他的后裔讨饭（诗37：25）。他的粮必不缺乏，他的水必不断绝（赛33：16）。乌鸦早晚给他叼饼和肉来，他也喝那溪里的水（王上17：6）。我的　神必照他荣耀的丰富，在基督耶稣里使你们一切所需用的都充足（腓4：19）。　　　要以自己所有的为足。因为主曾说：我总不撇下你，也不丢弃你（来13：5）。

　　神是我的高台（诗59：9）。　　　耶和华是我的岩石，我的山寨，我的救主，我的　神，我的磐石，我所投靠的。他是我的盾牌，是拯救我的角，是我的高台，是我的避难所（撒下22：2，3）。耶和华是我的力量，是我的盾牌，我心里倚靠他，就得帮助；所以我心中欢乐，我必用诗歌颂赞他（诗28：7）。　　　仇敌好像急流的河水冲来，是耶和华之气所驱逐的（赛59：19）。我们可以放胆说：主是帮助我的，我必不惧怕，人能把我怎么样呢（来13：6）？耶和华是我的亮光，是我的拯救，我还怕谁呢？耶和华是我性命的保障，我还惧谁呢（诗27：1）？　众山怎样围绕耶路撒冷，耶和华也照样围绕他的百姓，从今时直到永远（诗125：2）。因为你曾帮助我，我就在你翅膀的荫下欢呼（诗63：7）。求你为你名的缘故引导我，指点我（诗31：3）。　God　is　my　defence。
